Congratulations! You try to eat healthier and exercise and it probably shows. While you are already trying to eat better when eating out, who doesn't need additional motivation and advice, right? Especially when it's free!

Be wary of "fad" diets; any plan that doesn't fit your lifestyle won't help you keep weight off long term, so be sure to find a "diet" that fits your lifestyle best. Keep doing what you're doing, and if you struggle losing weight, try reducing the portions of what you eat and keep between-meal snacks limited to fruits and vegetables or nonfat or low-fat dairy.

Since you are already probably exercising, make sure that you try to step it up, and meet the health recommendations of 60 minutes of exercise most days of the week. Try to include a variety of activities so that you get a total body workout—and don't forget that strength training and stretching, along with aerobic conditioning, are necessary to achieve total body fitness.
